La dansa s'Apropa wins the prize for the best social project at the 2022 Dansacat Awards
The Association of Dance Professionals of Catalonia has been awarding the Dansacat Awards for seven years, awards that want to recognize, encourage and promote the work of dance professionals in Catalonia, collecting their different realities and contemplating their aspects artistic and also social.
This year the project La dansa s'Apropa won the prize in the "Social project" category. The award was presented on October 24 at a gala at Sala Apolo.
The project La dansa s'Apropa is a project of Close to Culture, with the collaboration of the Barcelona City Council and the Mercat de les Flors, which brings dance to the homes for the elderly in the city of Barcelona.
