Programme
For Mozart, composing was a joyful game, and his music often sprang from moments of fun and enjoyment. In the Mamemi… Mozart! concert, the classical genius is transported to the present day to see how today’s musicians play with his works, reinvent them, and make them accessible to children through their creativity and instruments.
With contemporary arrangements and comical staging, this show aims to engage young children and help them discover the joy of creating music through singing, dancing, improvisation and playful exploration of sounds and rhythms.
The activity includes a preliminary training session for teachers, as well as a teaching pack with resources for use in the classroom before and after the concert: audio recordings, sheet music, song lyrics, activities, illustrations and a brief introduction to the life and work of the composer.
Alongside this event, we recommend a visit to the Museu de la Música, which you will need to book.
