Programme
Imagine travelling through 17th-century Europe without leaving your seat in L’Auditori. Can you picture yourself sailing through the canals of Vivaldi’s Venice, exploring the grand halls of the Palace of Versailles, or strolling through the streets of Bach’s Leipzig? Händel & Friends celebrates ten years on the stage with a concert that offers an entertaining and intimate encounter with the great Baroque composers.
Accompanied by five musicians specialising in historical instruments and one very special narrator, young and old alike will discover the life and work of Händel and other masters from the period in a unique experience that encourages you to listen, imagine and enjoy classical music like never before.
